Objective
What is the objective of Aiba Foundation?
To shelter mentally ill people and protect them from harm, and to provide free medical treatment to those unable to help themselves. Members visit and support them regularly.
Who we are
Aiba Foundation is a non-governmental organisation working in community development, health and education — the three areas we believe are most in need and where we choose to concentrate. We are based in Malwani, Malad West, and work across the suburban areas of Mumbai and Maharashtra.
Humanitarian aid given free of charge to the less fortunate and differently-abled is the foundation of everything else: education, health, child development, water and sanitation, women's empowerment and gender equality.
Education, health and community development are inseparable. Treating them together is the only approach that produces lasting change for the people who need it most — particularly disadvantaged women and children.

Our mission
People living in poverty and people with disabilities belong fully inside economic and social life. Everyone is capable; most only need the opening.
Shelter and protection. Providing shelter to mentally ill people so they are protected from abuse and neglect.
Free medical treatment. Care for those who cannot help themselves at all, with members visiting them regularly.
Rehabilitation. Physical, social and economic rehabilitation so people can support themselves again.
